A Public Hearing will be held to receive public comment regarding Section 54.7 of the City Ordinances The section applies
to Commercial & PLC zoning districts Design Standards regarding architectural decorative blocks.

Approve minutes of February 2008 meeting
New Business:
1. Building permit for a carport cover: Mr. Travis Epps, 155 Sweetwater Court.
2. Updated
information on proposed commercial development at the corner of Cherokee Rd. and Henry Meyer Rd.

Mr. Mark Benson: resubmission of a lighted sign for First Baptist Church to be located on Main Street.
Old Business
1. Review and discuss size of lots, set backs, buffers, parking, and other relevant items for property
now zoned, or property to be zoned, commercial and/or Professional Limited Commercial (PLC).
2. Bread of Life
Ministry, 5 Points. Contacted Rev. Patricia Mann regarding parking at the church and building façade. (George Chandler).
