The City of Winterville Mayor and Council hold regular agenda-setting sessions and council meetings twice a month. Agenda meetings are usually on the first Tuesday of each month at 5:30 P.M. in Winterville City Hall. Council meetings are usually on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 P.M. in Winterville City Hall. The Planning & Zoning Commission usually meets at 7:00 P.M. in Winterville City Hall.
