Called Meeting Minutes
The Winterville City Council conducted a Called Meeting Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at
Winterville City Hall 5:30 p.m. to vote to approve an intergovernmental agreement
with the Athens-Clarke County Tax Commission to allow ACC to continue collecting
taxes for the City of Winterville.
Mayor Ferrelle called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Also in attendance were
Amanda Mooney, Bruce Johnson, and Melissa Metzger (via phone) and City Clerk
Wendy Bond.
Councilperson Mooney moved to approve the intergovernmental as presented. The
motion was seconded by Councilperson Johnson and approved unanimously.
No other business was discussed.
Councilperson Johnson moved to adjourn at 5:32 p.m. The motion was seconded by
Councilperson Mooney and adjourned unanimously.
