Public Hearing
In accordance with the requirements of O.C.G.A. 36-66-1 the ‘Zoning Procedures Law’, the
Mayor and Council of the City of Winterville, Georgia will hold a Public Hearing on
December 6, 2022 at 6:00 pm at Winterville City Hall, 125 N Church Street, in Winterville.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public input for the rezoning of property
located at 301 Athens Road County Parcel # 283A4 F013, from C-1 to C-PD (Commercial –
Planned Development); 145 Cherokee Road, County Parcel # 283 A4 F015 from C-1 to C-PD,
and 485 N Main Street 283A4 F012 from R-15H to C-PD. All interested parties wishing to
address the Planning and Zoning Commission about the proposed amendment must sign up to speak in advance of the hearing.
