Notice of Public Hearing - 6:00pm
In accordance with the requirements of O.C.G.A. 33-66-1 the 'Zoning Procedures Law', the Mayor and City Council of the City of Winterville, Georgia will hold a Public Hearing on February 7, 2023 at 6:00 pm at Winterville City Hall, 125 N. Church Street, in Winterville. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public input for the rezoning of property located at Moores Grove Road, County Parcel #283 012, 283A4, 281 010 from (PLC) Professional Limited Commercial to (PLC-PD) Professional Limited Commercial - Planned Development. All interested parties wishing to address Mayor and Council about the proposed amendment must sign up to speak in advance of the hearing.
