Stormwater Utility Fee Review Open House at Winterville Depot

2/14/19 -

Date:               Thursday, February 21, 2019
Time:               6:30 – 8:00 PM (Drop in)
Address:          Winterville Historic Train Depot – 101 Marigold Lane, Winterville, GA 30683
Contact:          706-613-3440
Cost:               Free

ACC Stormwater is working with Stantec Consulting to conduct a comprehensive review of the Stormwater Utility Fee.
The first phase looked at existing level and extent of stormwater services, as well as a funding strategy for fixing failing stormwater pipes.
The second phase will examine the rate structure and credit system. Credits allow stormwater customers to reduce their fees through practices that reduce stormwater runoff and/or reduce the cost burden to ACC for implementation of the Stormwater Management Program.

As a part of Phase II of the study, we will be hosting regional open house meetings where staff will be available to answer questions you may have regarding the fee, and to provide an opportunity for you to record written comments. All open house meetings will start at 6:30 p.m. and end at 8:00 p.m. We are also be hosting an online comment form for those who cannot attend the meetings.

Visit for more information and to access the form.
