2023 Comprehensive Plan Update

After spending many months seeking community input on revisions to Winterville's Comprehensive Plan, the Steering Committee assigned this task has created the draft plan linked below. This document serves as a guiding vision for the city and should be viewed as a blueprint to guide our civic priorities over the next five years.

There will be a public hearing to discuss this plan scheduled for March 30,2023 6:00 p.m. in the Historic Winterville Train Depot.
