Regular Meeting
Monday March 4, 2024 - 5:30 P.M.
Members Present:

Regular Meeting:
Chairperson Burch called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
Minutes: Member Tucker move to approve the Minutes of February 5, 2024. The motion was seconded by Member Field and approved unanimously.
Old Business:
1. Terry Brown was sent a written notice of the intentions of the committee regarding his closed in garage.
New Business:
1. Cecil Smith, 140 Sweetbriar Court, submitted a zoning permit application for a detached garage. It will be a 32 x 40 stick-built structure with metal siding and he plans to wire for electricity. (Permit required by ACC.) Member Dawson moved to approve as presented pending drawings to be submitted. The motion was seconded by Member Field and approved unanimously.
2. Trae Van Came before the committee with questions but no action was taken. She is to submit plans after obtaining a septic permit from Athens-Clarke County.
Having no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
