In accordance with the requirements of O.C.G.A. 36-66-1 the ‘Zoning Procedures Law’, the
Mayor and Council of the City of Winterville, Georgia will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday
June 6, 2023 at 6:00 pm at Winterville City Hall, 125 N Church Street, in Winterville. The
purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public input for the rezoning of property located at 145 Cherokee Road, County Parcel # 283 A4 F015 from C-1 to C-PD (Commercial - Planned Development) and 485 N Main Street 283A4 F012 from R-15H to C-PD (Commercial - Planned Development). All interested parties wishing to address the Mayor and City Council about the proposed amendment must sign up to speak in advance of the hearing.
