Regular Meeting Minutes

Monday April 6, 2026 - 5:00 P.M.

Members Present:

Kim Burch (Chair)

Patrick Valentine (Co-Chair)

Andy Dawson (Via telephone)

Collin Field (Not in attendance)

Regular Meeting:

Chairperson Burch called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

Minutes: Member Valentine moved to approve the Minutes of February 2, 2026. The motion was seconded by Member Spratlin and approved.

Old Business:

New Business:

1. Thomas McNutt, 240 N Church Street, Detached Garage. Member Spratlin moved to

approve the application as presented. The motion was seconded by Member Valentine

and unanimously approved.

2. Patrick & Keri Valentine, 288 S Church Street, Accessory Structure. Member

Dawson moved to approve the application as presented. The motion was seconded by

Member Spratlin and approved. Member Valentine abstained.

3. Firefly Farmstop Sign Application, Sarah Hovater, 100 Marigold Lane. Member

Valentine moved to approve as presented. The motion was seconded by Member Spratlin and unanimously approved.

4. One Bark, LLC, Jesse Milton, 260 Seasons Pass, Occupation Tax Certificate.

Member Spratlin moved to approve as presented. Member Valentine seconded the motion and was unanimously approved.

5. Perry’s Smart Vending, 130 Susan Circle, Occupation Tax Certificate. Member

Valentine moved to approve as presented. Member Spratlin seconded the motion and it was unanimously approved.

With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
