Regular Meeting Minutes

Monday May 4, 2026 - 5:00 P.M.

Members Present:

Kim Burch (Chair) (Not in attendance)

Patrick Valentine (Co-Chair)

Regular Meeting:

Co-Chairperson Valentine called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

Minutes:  Member Dawson moved to approve the Minutes of April 6, 2026. The motion was seconded by Member Spratlin and approved.

Old Business:

New Business:

1.         Jesse & Alisa Milton, 260 Seasons Pass, Accessory Building. Member Field moved to approve the application as presented. The motion was seconded by Member Spratlin and unanimously approved.

2.         David Matthews-Morgan, 210 Suddeth Street, Enclosed porch. Member Dawson moved to approve the application as presented. The motion was seconded by Member Spratlin and approved.

3.         Passionate Lemonade, Chiquita Lawrence, 370 Athens Road, Occupation Tax Certificate. Member Field moved to approve as presented. Member Spratlin seconded the motion and was unanimously approved.

With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 5:06 p.m.
