2. SPLOST Funding: Declare the 52.2005 WCCC Elevator/2nd floor project complete and move $125K of the designated funds to 52.2003 WCCC & Auditorium. Move the remaining $19,349.22 from 52.2005 to 52.2002 City Hall Improvements to pay off the Bank. Declare 52.1004 Marigold Train Project complete and move the remaining designated funds to 52.1002 Pittard Park for Civitan Matching funds.
