Public Hearing – Code Amendment – Special Use: Composting
In accordance with the requirements of O.C.G.A. 36-66-1 the ‘Zoning Procedures Law’, the Mayor and Council of the City of Winterville, Georgia will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday January 14, 2025 at 6:00pm at Winterville City Hall, 125 N Church Street, in Winterville. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public input for the rezoning of property located at 450 Robert Hardeman Road, County Parcel #291 011H from R-20H to Special Use -Composting. All interested parties wishing to address the Mayor and City Council about the proposed amendment must sign up to speak in advance of the hearing.
