Regular Meeting

Monday April 7, 2025 - 5:00 P.M.

Regular Meeting:

Co-Chairperson Dawson called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

Minutes: Member Spratlin moved to approve the Minutes of March 3, 2025. The motion was seconded by Member Valentine and approved.

Old Business: None.

New Business:

1. Brantley Colbert, 134 Henry Meyer Road, submitted plans to demolish the existing

structures and build new home. Since this lot is located in the Historic District it must be

presented to the HPC and recommended for approval to P&Z. There are other

circumstances to consider as this lot is zoned R-1500h and the plans submitted are for an

approximate 800 square foot home on a slab which may need to be addressed later.

2. Todd Pulliam, 500 Robert Hardeman Road, Business Occupation License

Application. Member Spratlin moved to approve a Business Occupation License

application for Pulliam Wood Products, Owner/Operator, Todd Pulliam as presented. The

motion was seconded by Member Valentine and approved.

3. Meet Me on Board, 115 Parkview Drive, Business Occupation License Application.

Member Valentine moved to approve a Business Occupation License application for

Michael and Aimee Stewart for their catering business that will be operated out of the

pavilion commercial kitchen as an extension of the Marigold Collective. The motion was

seconded by Member Spratlin and approved.

With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 5:07 p.m.
