NOTICE OF ELECTION CANCELLATION
Pursuant to O.C.G.A. §21-2-291 and §21-2-325, notice is hereby given that the Municipal Special Election for the City Council for the City of Winterville, to fill the unexpired term of Gary A. Snow (resigned), scheduled for November 8, 2022, is canceled. The following candidate has qualified for office and is unopposed:
For City Council : Timothy Pierce-Tomlin
The above unopposed candidate shall be deemed to have voted for himself.
