Regular Meeting

Monday May 5, 2025 - 5:00 P.M.

Members Present:

Regular Meeting:

Co-Chairperson Dawson called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

Minutes: Member Spratlin moved to approve the Minutes of April 7, 2025. The motion was seconded by Member Valentine and approved.

Old Business:

Brantley Colbert, 134 Henry Meyer Road, submitted plans to demolish the

existing structures. Since this lot is located in the Historic District it was presented

to HPC and approved. Member Valentine moved to approve the demo permit as

presented. The motion was seconded by Member Spratlin and unanimously approved.

New Business:

1. CBJA, LLC (Jamie Allgood) 290 Lakeview Drive. Member Field moved to approve

a subdivision plat of Parcel # 291B 020, into: Tract 5, 2.49 Acres; Tract 6, 2.49 acres; and

Tract 7, 5.00 acres (partially in Oglethorpe County). The motion was seconded by

Member Spratlin and unanimously approved.

2. Taylor Oakley, 324 South Main Street, Accessory Structure Application. Member

Field moved to approve an application for an accessory structure submitted by Taylor

Oakley as presented. It has been approved by the HPC prior to this meeting. The motion

was seconded by Member Spratlin and unanimously approved.

With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 5:07 p.m.
